Nina believes when you are a personal trainer, you not only have to properly train your clients but also educate them on the importance of nutrition along with leading an overall healthy lifestyle when they leave the gym. She feels that helping others is very self-fulfilling and is one of the main reasons she chose nursing and exercise science as my major.
